Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns and refunds of unused, fully sealed products purchased directly from us within 7 days of receiving the product. You can expect to receive the refund within 3-5 business days of us receiving the returned merchandise. Return shipping is at the customers expense. Exchanges are also available for unused, sealed products should you want to swap for a product with the same price value.

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world that can legally trade with Canada and the U.S. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer (recipient). Please note that duties and taxes differ for each country and we have no way of knowing in advance what they may be.

Please note that there is a flat shipping rate of $13.00 for any small goods purchased. Any larger items purchased will have shipping calculated by weight and dimensions.

At this time, we automatically ship via Canada Post. We generally have a 2-4 day turnaround for preparing shipments and send packages out via regular parcel. Please call us (778) 755-5688,  if you would like for us to expedite a shipment or ship your order express.
